I am Senior Lecturer at Barcelona School of Management. Universitat Pompeu Fabra, in Barcelona, Spain.
Before joining the Barcelona School of Management in 2022, I joined Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez in 2015. I also worked in my alma mater, at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in Barcelona, from 2003 to 2014 and spent 2014 at Universidad Católica del Norte in Antofagasta (Chile).
My research lies within the optimization-based problems associated to the operations management field, and I mostly (but not only) work in operations research stuff. Most of my teaching falls within these topics too.
I am particularly interested in assembly line balancing, scheduling and network design problems but I have done some work in other areas.
Finally, I am fluent in Spanish and Catalan, and I speak English and some Galician.
